Over 50 people gathered to take part in an injury prevention clinic at Stronghold Climbing Gym. It was a great night filled with motivated climbers excited to learn how to prevent shoulder injuries climbing.

Just got the final word from the International Climber's Festival in Lander Wyoming. I will be doing a four hour "How to Climb Injury Free" clinic on Friday July 11th and will be at a booth the rest of the day answering injury prevention questions.
