    Can you recommend Medial Epicondylitis exercises ? I have a theraband flexbar ( green ) and have had minimal improvement. What can I change in my technique to keep this from reoccurring ?

      Nick,

      You will need to perform the exercise in the opposite direction. It is called the “reverse tyler twist.” Here is a good video for it:

      The research isn’t as supportive for medial epicondylitis (now called medial epicondylalgia) but it is still an effective exercise.
