Description
What are the SSF Physical Therapy Exercise Bands?
They are flat, non-latex resistance bands made for rehabilitation and light strength training. Each band is 4 inches wide and 5 feet long, and they come in six color-coded resistance levels.
What can you do with them?
Use them for controlled shoulder, wrist, and forearm strengthening, as well as stretching and mobility work. The light resistance makes them a good fit for early injury rehab and prehab routines.
What does it include?
One band, or a set of three. The Beginner Set has Pink (XX-Light), Yellow (X-Light), and Green (Light) bands, and the Intermediate Set has Red (Medium), Blue (Heavy), and Black (X-Heavy) bands.
How do they differ from the SSF 41″ Resistance Band Set?
The physical therapy bands are flat, open-ended, and much lighter, so they suit fine-tuned rehab work. The 41″ bands are thick closed loops with far higher resistance for pull-up assistance and strength training.
