Are you having trouble pushing your climbing to the next level?  

Sign up now for the four part injury prevention and performance series to find out.  This series will teach you how to identify the weakness that are keeping you from climbing at your true potential.  You will use innovative resistance exercises that mirror climbing positions and strengthen the muscles necessary to climb harder.  You will then integrate the information into the final class where you will perform advanced strength exercises while climbing.

    • Class 1:  Background, climbing specific warm-up and the activation position
    • Class 2:  Learn how to prevent the seven most common climbing injuries
    • Class 3:  Mirroring movement of climbing positions with resistance bands
    • Class 4:  Training that incorporates the use of resistance bands while climbing
