Sasha DiGiulian Preventing Injuries

This weekend I was in New York working on a new project with Sasha DiGulian. It was a pretty awesome setup, thanks to Stephen Gross and his assistant Nick Piltoff. We had full access to an indoor climbing wall and brought out all of the rehab tools. I performed a “Climber Evaluation” with Sasha to analyze her climbing mechanics. I then tested her flexibility and strength to uncover her asymmetries. It was very interesting what was found and I am amazed that nobody has pointed it out to her before. We are sure that it will translate into improved climbing performance with less injuries. Check out a few sneak peak shots. TheClimbingDoctor_056 TheClimbingDoctor_296TheClimbingDoctor_075
